The move to a modern and functional facility for the nursing service and the day services centre will significantly contribute to increasing the comfort of the Charity&#8217;s&nbsp;clients and its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The existing premises of the former rectory and chapel, in which Charity Vy\u0161kov operates, are outdated, hygienically unsuitable (damp) and inadequate. The uninsulated buildings with inappropriate layout complicate the normal running of the organisation and make the work of the staff difficult. They lack, for example, sufficient sanitary facilities and storage space for client aids. Moreover, after <strong>increasing the capacity of the day services centre from 15 to 25 clients<\/strong>, the charity lacks sufficient space to provide social services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, the organization intends to <strong>purchase a selected property on Krom\u011b\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e1 Street<\/strong>, which includes safety and signalling elements. The new building will be divided into several functional parts. The underground floor will contain storage space for compensatory aids, an archive, a cloakroom and technical facilities. The first floor will be used as a reception area, day service centre and offices. The project will bring significant improvements in several areas. The charity&#8217;s&nbsp;services will be significantly improved with expanded capacity, new equipment and modern facilities that will enable more efficient organisation and delivery of care. Ownership of the new building will reduce running costs associated with rent and energy. A better working environment and modern facilities will increase staff satisfaction and quality of care for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will have a positive impact not only on the town of Vy\u0161kov, but also on the entire region. Thanks to quality services, clients can stay longer in their natural environment, where they have built family or friendship ties and can live an independent life. This contributes to their integration into society and the prevention of social isolation.
